PR practitioners gathered last June 19, 2019 at the AIM Conference Center in Makati to learn more about the art and science of measuring a campaign’s success on mainstream and social media.
On hand to discuss her experience on the matter was Isentia’s Research and Insights Director, Lady Ochel Espinosa. She shared tips on embracing the discipline of measurement, tackled the most relevant items that companies should be able to measure, and dissected case studies that demonstrate how measurement helps to inform brand decisions.
