Over 60 city hall and barangay personnel gathered on March 20 at Harolds Hotel for a Risk Management Seminar led by the Quezon City Public Affairs and Information Services Department (PAISD), with support from PRSP.
PRSP President Ana Pista, VP Ed Timbungco, and Auditor Emver Cortes underscored a critical truth: preparedness must be matched with timely, transparent, and strategic communication—because when crises hit, communication can mean the difference between panic and protection.
The session capped a learning series led by PRSP Trustee and QC PAISD Head Bert Apostol, advancing a shared goal of a more resilient Quezon City.
